“I have to say, some of the most awesome, kind, understanding and genuine people! A company van pulled over and asked if I needed help. The battery on the motorcycle decided to quit. The van was on their van to install a water heater, however they made sure another truck showed up to jump my bike and get me back on the road. Needless to say I was about 100 miles away from home. We are all truly blessed that companies will go out of their way to help someone in need! Thank you very much to the ones that stopped today. I didn’t get your names but I am very thankful for your selflessness! Thank you!!!”

“They came out after hours to check my furnace. It's quick service and friendly. They overnight shipped a part they needed for it. They gave me heaters to use that night since the furnace wasn't working.”

“I wanted to write a review because I think so often you only hear negative things about a company. I had my gas shut off because I had a gas leak coming from my furnace. I called Plum Electric on a Saturday night. A gal from Plum Electric drove a very long distance to bring me electric heaters for my home. She was so very kind and set them up on my main floor so I could stay there. The weather conditions were horrible to drive in but she did it anyway. I was able to stay on my home in the frigid conditions to make sure no pipes froze. On Monday morning I opened my blinds to find then sitting in my driveway waiting for me. What service and honesty what companies do that kind of thing. When they came in they covered my floors so as not to track in any dirt. They were speedy and installed a new furnace. I suggest if you need any heating or air conditioning work done you call them. I really don't have enough words of gratitude to thank all of them for what they did. I would add that the friendly, knowledgeable voice you hear when you call them is the icing on the cake. Thank you Plum Electric!”
